Platters Menu Design for Gilberts Fresh

Gilberts Fresh (Hilton, Swan Valley and Willeton) sell beautiful catering platters from hot food, dips & crudite, cheese, antipasto, salads, fruit, pizza slabs and dessert platters. There are a lot of options and a lot to see on each platter which meant the menu had to be big, but presented… small!! We opted for this very large A3 page, printed both sides, but folded down into a neat A5 size which allows for an easy take-away menu size for customers to fit in their bags, but also small enough to display on the counter. Having unique sizes and folding options creates a new experience for your customers and steers away from the stock-standard look their competitors are running with. I am always a fan of finding a unique size and then making it work with a cost effective printing option.
